RiotJewels Return Policy

At RiotJewels, we understand that things don't always go as planned. That's why we offer flexible options for returns:

• You can receive a gift card or a refund for any unused RiotJewels products within 30 days from the day it was shipped!
• Due to hygiene precautions, we do not accept physical product returns. However, we will still refund or credit your item as necessary.
• Please note that original shipping charges and outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Returns requested after 30 days may qualify for an exchange in the form of an online store credit. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Refunds are not available for orders outside of Canada and the United States. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at info@riotjewels.com.

Occasionally, RiotJewels may decline a refund request in cases of abuse.

Defective Products or Issues:

If you receive damaged/defective products, please reach out to us. Such cases may be eligible for a one-time resend or store credit.

• Your name and address
• Your order number
• The products and quantities you wish to return
• The reason for the return
